How do you start your first house in ArcheAge Chronicles?

A housing plot, a blueprint and the crafted house are separate parts of the process. RaidDex's November 4 housing report places the introductory housing chain in Seaglass Harbor Residences. Start with your current housing quest rather than purchasing decorative items first.

Follow the introductory housing chain

The report identifies A New Place to Settle, Plans Before Bricks and Home Sweet Home as the route from meeting Nadella to preparing and placing a house. Read the current objective at each stage; a crafting step and a placement step are not interchangeable.

For plot arrangements, the report names Nivhen in the Pioneers' Assembly Hall. For house blueprints, it names House Architect Sigg in the residences. Treat these as useful starting points from a current community report, then confirm the available dialogue and wares in your game.

Check plot and blueprint compatibility

Before buying a blueprint, compare its house size with the plot you can use. Read the plot's current rental terms and the blueprint's requirements. Do not assume paying rent also supplies a finished building or its construction materials.

House prices, quest reward bundles and rental quantities differ across published guides. Use the current confirmation and recipe window for your actual budget; this guide deliberately does not combine those conflicting numbers into a misleading total.

Craft the house, then place it

The profession database associates house construction with Engineering and the Construction Workshop. Prepare the processed components listed by your chosen blueprint, inspect the fee, and craft the intended building.

Return to your plot and follow the placement controls. Confirm the house is placed before moving to gardens or extensions. Keeping the process in this order helps you identify whether a blocker is plot access, missing components, the wrong blueprint or placement itself.
