How do you return to Kevin after defeating Poldat?

If you defeated Poldat and left Cliffs of Madness before finishing the quest, the November 7 update lets you re-enter and speak with Kevin at the entrance.

Resume the unfinished quest

1. Update ArcheAge Chronicles in your Steam Library.
2. Return to Cliffs of Madness on the character whose quest is incomplete.
3. Enter the area again and speak with Kevin at the entrance.
4. Check the resulting quest objective before leaving the area or disbanding your party.

This recovery specifically covers leaving after Poldat was defeated. It is not a requirement to defeat the boss again, and the notice does not prescribe a reset or a new character.

A different stage is still blocked

The earlier launch response discussed NPC dialogue problems in this area. The later patch provides the concrete re-entry change above. If your boss has not been defeated, your objective differs, or Kevin still cannot be used, record that difference rather than assuming every Cliffs problem has the same solution.

For a party run, keep the group together through the move to the next area. The launch response separately warned about progress being blocked by a departing leader or disbanded party; the re-entry change does not by itself establish that this separate issue was fixed.

Send support the quest stage, boss state, server, party state and a screenshot if the documented route fails. No official coordinate or alternate entrance is needed for the confirmed instruction.
